Shipping depends on the courier company I use and your location. For general mail we use Australia Post and Sendle.
If you select standard shipping, order processing can take up to 5 business days for ready to ship items and for made to order see estimated wait times on product listings. Untracked Aus Post can take up to 11 business days from date send varying on location, if shipped with Sendle they will provide you with tracking and an estimated arrival time based on location.
If your product arrives broken please Contact Us with your order number and an image of the broken product. I can then contact the courier company to organise reimbursement or replacement of the product.
If you do not receive your product please email me your order number and any relevant information, i.e. if tracking was provided.
If the item was lost through Australia post and standard shipping was selected, the replacement of the product will be at discretion of The Tit Club. Small value items will generally be replaced instantly, larger items may receive store credit for a portion of the order.
If not received and tracking or Sendle has been used, please email the tracking information and screenshots of any email updates from Australia Post or Sendle with your email. I will then launch an investigation with either shipping company. Depending on the outcome of that investigation, the shipping company will either reimburse you or depending on the order / value, a replacement of the product or store credit will be issued.
This will only occur after an investigation or claim is lodged and complete, so please provide all relevant information as soon as you can.
